PRESTIGIOUS WINS
A consortium lead by the International Projects Group of PKF (UK) LLP’s Management Consultancy Services has been awarded a European Commission-funded two-and-half-year contract to assist the National Treasury of South Africa to develop best-practice public sector financial management policies and processes.

The Confederation of British Industry (CBI) has appointed PKF (UK) LLP as its external auditors replacing KPMG. Known as “The Voice of Business”, the CBI is the premier lobbying organization for UK business on national and international issues, working with the UK Government, international legislators and policymakers.

NEW APPOINTMENT & ROLE
Stephen Darley has been appointed to the newly-created role of Asia Pacific Regional Director. Stephen brings 20 years of professional and operations experience in the region initially with KPMG in Australia, moving to Asia (Taiwan, Thailand and Indonesia) and latterly with RSM Nelson Wheeler in Thailand. In recent years he was engaged by Standard Chartered Bank with assignments in India, the Philippines and Thailand. Stephen will be situated in Thailand for at least the next 6-12 months.
